Knoxville Driveline – 1-Piece Conversion – Ford Ranger Tremor 4×4
The Ranger Tremor comes from the factory with a CV joint at the pinion — fine for stock driving, but it introduces a wear component that relies on boots and grease to survive. Once that system starts failing, it typically does not get better on its own.
This Knoxville Driveline one-piece conversion replaces the factory CV-style setup with a 1350-series U-joint configuration, giving you a stronger, more serviceable, and more reliable driveline — built for trucks that see real miles, real load, and real trail time.
Constructed from thick-wall 4″ OD, .125″ wall 6061-T6 aluminum tubing for stiffness and stability, with an in-house CNC-machined billet flange for precise fitment. Replacing the factory two-piece layout also reduces rotating mass for quicker throttle response and eliminates long-term wear points like carrier bearings.
This driveshaft is built to order using your exact flange-to-flange measurement. After purchase, you will receive an email requesting this measurement. Typical lead time is 1-2 business days, though it may vary based on parts availability.
