At EMS, we are committed to providing safe and reliable tuning solutions that deliver appropriate performance gains. Our goal is for you to have an exceptional experience with our services. However, all liability remains the responsibility of the vehicle owner, not the tuner.

By purchasing tuning services, you acknowledge that you are knowingly and willingly modifying your vehicle for performance gains. EMS does not accept liability for any damages to you or your vehicle. While we strive to provide clear explanations for any issues that arise during tuning, all risks associated with modifications remain with the vehicle owner.

Refund Policy: Custom tuning is considered a non-tangible digital product and is non-refundable once the tuning process has begun. Refunds will only be issued if requested before the basemap or initial email is sent. Once the initial email, containing your map and instructions, has been sent, the purchase is considered complete, and no refunds will be granted.

Tune Ownership: All custom tunes are non-transferable and are only valid for the original purchaser and vehicle. If the vehicle is sold or transferred, the tune cannot be reassigned to the new owner or a different vehicle.

Basemap Delivery: Basemaps will be sent within three business days from the receipt of purchase and request form.

By submitting your tuning request, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms above and authorize EMS to safely and reliably tune your vehicle.
