Our EMS EcoBoost Engine Rebuild Kit brings together the same quality components we use in our in-house engine builds, giving customers the flexibility to select the parts that best suit their engine configuration and performance goals.

Each kit includes a carefully selected combination of proven performance components, including upgraded connecting rods, MAHLE pistons, KING bearings, OEM timing components, and EMS-spec CA625+ head studs. Customers can further customize their kit with additional upgrades based on their intended application.

Engine Block Orders and Cancellation Policy

Customers purchasing an engine block with their rebuild kit should account for the required machining before assembly.

• Machining: Required for engine blocks purchased with this kit.
• Lead Time: Current estimated minimum lead time is 3 to 4 weeks.
• Cancellations: Orders canceled within 14 days are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
• Final Sales: Engine block orders become noncancelable after 14 days.
