The BNR 600 Version 2 is designed for serious performance builds targeting 600+ RWHP. This turbocharger is the highest flowing option in BNR’s drop-in lineup while still maintaining strong response for its size. The turbo is capable of producing around 20 PSI by approximately 3,600 RPM and carries strong power throughout the entire powerband.

At the core of the BNR 600 V2 is BNR’s custom G30 turbine paired with a G770 compressor wheel aerodynamic design. The compressor wheel is point-milled and features a 58mm inducer and 71mm exducer, supporting an impressive 77 lb/min airflow capability.

BNR has also improved several areas of the turbocharger to enhance durability and ease of installation. The turbine housing is now constructed from stainless steel for increased durability, and the turbine inlet has been extended by 3/8 inch, eliminating the need for a spacer to clear the engine block. The lower water line routing has also been revised to improve fitment in the installation kit.

Each unit comes equipped with a heavy duty wastegate actuator, so no additional upgrade is required.

The BNR 600* is designed to be the highest flowing drop in turbo on the market. This turbo has been proven to exceed 600whp with the appropriate modifications/fueling (REQUIRES EVOBOOST MANIFOLD AND UPGRADED CAMS TO REACH THE 600WHP MARK). The dyno graph posted of the BNR 600 is on a car with a built motor/full e85. The test vehicle had a stock clutch in it at the time which had me limit the tq back in the lower rpm region. With a proper clutch this turbo can start producing 600wtq around 4000rpm. with stock/ford performance cams and stock intake, this turbo is capable of 560whp with appropriate modifications/fueling.

EMS NOTES: The BNR 600 is hands down the highest flowing bolt on turbo for the Ecoboost mustang, and is going to be a great option for anyone that’s looking for a turbo upgrade. The BNR 500 is going to go head to head with the current king of drop-in’s the NX2.

EMS was sent these turbos by BNR to install & Dyno with Ryan Martin prior to release. We tested both the 525 and the 600 on one of EMS’s customer’s named Shawn Glass who was previously tuned on an NX2 by Ryan. On Shawn’s car we didn’t have as much wastegate so we were only able to get around 35ish psi and that boost fell off to 32psi in top end, but we still managed to get 574/541 out of the BNR600. With the smaller BNR500 we ended up at 505whp/530wtq. The smaller BNR peaked at 33psi and fell to 26psi in top end but with a few wastegate changes and some more boost i feel like the smaller BNR has another 20 or so hp left in it.

BOTH THE BNR 525 & THE 600 WILL REQUIRE A SMALL AMOUNT OF GRINDING ON THE BLOCK CASTING TO FIT THE MASSIVE COMPRESSOR HOUSING. THIS CAN BE DONE AT HOME AND IS NOT HARD TO DO.

The turbos will come with oil/coolant lines. They will also reuse your current downpipe/hotside intercooler piping. You will need to source your own coupler to mate with your intake. The inlet on the BNR turbos is 3.5″.
