EMS Turbo Kit — Built for the Ford Mustang EcoBoost (2015–2023)
The EMS turbo kit has entered the chat.
Designed in-house for the 2015–2023 Mustang EcoBoost and engineered around Precision Turbo (PTE) components to ensure consistent fitment and performance.
This kit is the result of years working directly with these platforms, testing different setups, and improving on what we’ve seen in the market. Every component and routing decision reflects what actually works on these cars.
The system is designed to support builds ranging from 600 to 1000+ horsepower while maintaining proper fitment, consistency, and control.

This system is designed around Precision Turbo (PTE) components, and performance or fitment is not guaranteed with non-PTE parts.Important Installation Note (NextGen Turbocharger Compressor Housing)
All NextGen turbocharger compressor housing bolts require thread sealant during installation.
Failure to properly seal these bolts will result in a significant boost leak and can affect system performance and drivability.
This applies to all applicable turbo configurations used with this kit.
If you have any questions regarding proper installation procedures, contact us prior to installation.
Complete System
The full turbo system consists of:
- Base Complete Kit
- Turbo + Boost Control Components
Combined, this creates a complete, install-ready turbo setup for the 2015–2023 Mustang EcoBoost.
Recommended Supporting Components
These components are not required for purchase but are strongly recommended based on our experience with higher horsepower EcoBoost builds and the configurations this kit supports.
Ceramic Coating (Highly Recommended)
Helps reduce engine bay temperatures and improve overall thermal management.
- Downpipe & dump tube ceramic coating
- Downpipe, dump tube, and turbo exhaust housing coating
EMS 3-Port MAC Valve Kit (Highly Recommended)
Provides more consistent and reliable boost control and is a tunable solution.
EMS 5-Bar MAP Sensor Kit (Highly Recommended)
Allows the ECU to properly read and control higher boost levels required for tuning.
FULL-RACE T3 Turbo Blanket (Highly Recommended)
Helps contain heat within the turbocharger, reducing engine bay temperatures and protecting surrounding components.
Fitment Note
Vehicles equipped with a JMF Billet Intake manifold will require a different cold-side charge pipe configuration.
