SVT Design Fab – Upgraded Big Intercooler Kit for 2014-2019 Fiesta ST 1.6L

An 800 CFM, 600hp rated front mount intercooler kit built as a true bolt on solution. Includes all hardware and couplers needed for install. Features the largest intercooler that fits in the stock location on the Fiesta ST, giving you real cooling capacity without custom fabrication.

Features:

• Bar and plate internal fin design, 15 fins/inch (8 external, 7 internal)
• Rated for up to 800 CFM / 600hp
• Pressure drop under 0.35 PSI
• Maximum air pressure rated at 70 PSI
• 2.5″ inlet and outlet
• Overall intercooler size 31″x11.75″x3″, core size 24″x11.75″x3″
• Works with stock and TB crash bars, mounts on front impact sensor rail
• Stock splash shield and stock intercooler mounts are removed during install
• Hardware kit includes aluminum mounting bracket, crash bar mounting bolts, intercooler mounting bolts, silicone 90 degree couplers, T bolt clamps, and 2.5″ bead rolled adapters
