SVT Design & Fab Focus ST Purge Valve Fix & Relocation Kit

If you own a Focus ST, you probably know how frustrating purge valve problems can be.

A failing purge valve can cause rough idle, stalling after filling up with gas, and other annoying drivability issues. Simply replacing the factory purge valve may fix the problem temporarily, but the factory EVAP system still routes directly into the intake manifold.

The SVT Design & Fab Purge Valve Fix & Relocation Kit takes a different approach.

Instead of keeping the original connection to the intake manifold, this kit reroutes the EVAP system to the PCV connection on the intake crossover tube, before the turbo. This helps keep a leaking purge valve from affecting the intake manifold and causing the same familiar drivability problems.

The kit also relocates the purge valve and includes quick-connect fittings, so replacing the valve in the future doesn’t mean replacing the entire factory EVAP harness.

Choose Your Intake Crossover Tube

This kit is available in two configurations:

Stock Crossover Tube: For vehicles using the factory plastic intake crossover tube.

Aftermarket Crossover Tube: For vehicles using an aftermarket intake crossover tube. Please specify the brand of your aftermarket crossover tube or intake when ordering.
