Billet Block Guard for 1.6L EcoBoost, 2014 to 2019

Also known as a sleeve saver, this block guard stiffens the engine block and prevents floating cylinder sleeves in the open deck 1.6L EcoBoost from distorting under extreme loads.

Features:

• 6061-T6 aluminum construction
• Stiffens the block and prevents cylinder sleeve movement under load
• Includes watering holes to maintain proper coolant flow with the added strength
• High temp loctite recommended to help retain the guard during assembly
