The JMF Billet Intake Manifold is one of the highest-flowing intake manifolds available for the Ford Focus ST/RS — a direct upgrade over the OEM plastic unit that’s engineered to last.

Every component is fully CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade billet aluminum, eliminating the weak points of welded construction and the cracking risks of the factory plastic manifold. Multiple prototype iterations and rigorous flow testing went into the final design, delivering a manifold that balances maximum airflow with real-world reliability.

Install Tips:

• Use blue Loctite on all fuel rail mounting hardware.  Avoid mounting FP regulator directly to rail end.
• Allow sufficient slack in your fuel lines to prevent stress on the fuel rail mounts.
• Fuel rail designed for a 14mm Bosch style injector with a 48mm o-ring to o-ring height.
