The JEM-Sport 1.6L Complete Swap Wiring Harness includes everything you need to run your 1.6L EcoBoost in any chassis — cleanly, reliably, and without the guesswork.
This kit includes the chassis-side wiring harness and fuse box, as well as the engine-side wiring harness — everything required for the Ford 1.6L EcoBoost engine swap into any chassis. Every wire, pin, and connector is brand new, no exceptions.
Designed with cabin ECU mounting in mind, the harness routes your ECU inside the car rather than the engine bay, keeping it protected and accessible. The choice is yours.
Important note on ECU architecture: JEM-Sport’s 1.6L EcoBoost solutions are built around the architecture of the more modern 1.6L EcoBoost Escape ECU type — not the older Fiesta ST ECU type. While the Fiesta ST calibration is utilized by default, there are wiring differences that make the Fiesta-style ECU considerably more complex. For example, on the Fiesta ST the accelerator pedal signal routes through the OEM gauge cluster. JEM-Sport eliminates all of that complexity, making your swap considerably easier.
ECU Options: JEM-Sport can unlock your existing 1.6L EcoBoost ECU or provide one for you. Add a JEM-Sport pre-programmed, PATS-deleted ECU at checkout and your harness ships ready to run.
