EMS – BadAss Build Long Block Engine for 2014-2019 Fiesta ST 1.6L
The EMS Badass Build for the 1.6L Fiesta ST is engineered to handle big power. Every build starts with a Fiesta ST short block that is fully machined and refreshed in-house. If you have a rebuildable core to exchange, a $1,000 credit will be applied to your order. All EMS Badass 1.6L engines come sleeved as standard to ensure block integrity and uphold our craftsmanship warranty.
Why Sleeves? Sleeving strengthens the block by reinforcing cylinder walls, allowing for greater boost and power without risking wall failure – ideal for high-performance and racing applications.
Since these blocks are sleeved as standard, the typical turnaround time for completion is approximately 4 to 6 months.
A fully sealed long block core is required for every build, whether provided by the customer or sourced by EMS.
If you’re sending in a core via freight, EMS can assist with shipping arrangements to make the process easier.
