This stainless steel turbine housing upgrade replaces the original V1 ductile iron turbine housing used on the BNR 525 and BNR 600 turbochargers.

Manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, this updated housing is designed to withstand higher exhaust gas temperatures compared to the original cast iron housing. The improved material construction increases durability and longevity in high-performance applications.

BNR also revised the housing design to improve fitment. The updated stainless mold includes the proper built-in thickness, eliminating the need for a spacer or No-Grind Kit that was previously required with earlier versions.

This makes the new turbine housing both stronger and easier to install, while maintaining proper clearance and performance for your turbo system.
