Designed to fit all modern Bronco configurations including 2.3L EcoBoost, 2.7L EcoBoost, 2-door, and 4-door models, the 0FG features a highly modular layout that adapts to multiple configurations and driving styles. A bespoke AWE resonator in the midpipe helps deliver a clean, refined exhaust note without excessive drone, while mandrel-bent tubing promotes smooth exhaust flow and consistent performance.

One of the standout features of the 0FG system is the included BashGuard™ rear section. Engineered for serious off-road use, the BashGuard™ replaces the traditional rear axle-back section with a high-clearance reinforced stainless-steel outlet positioned safely above the rear tow hooks. Reinforced with a .125” thick stainless ring, the BashGuard™ configuration is built to handle aggressive terrain without sacrificing exhaust performance.

This no-tip configuration is tailored specifically for Bronco owners who prioritize off-road clearance and rugged trail performance over traditional exhaust tip styling. By eliminating exposed rear tips, the BashGuard™ setup keeps the exhaust tucked safely out of harm’s way during aggressive trail use, rock crawling, and overlanding conditions.
