The EMS BadAss Billet Valve Cover is an in-house EMS design built for the 2.0/2.3L EcoBoost — track-tested on EMS’s own world record-holding, world’s fastest and quickest EcoBoost Mustang. This isn’t a bolt-on accessory; it’s a functional upgrade that opens the door to custom crankcase ventilation configurations, making it an ideal solution for dry sump setups.
Precision-machined from high-grade billet aluminum, the cover is lightweight, durable, and built to handle the demands of high-performance use. Each cover features the EMS logo CNC-carved directly into the billet — no decals, no badges. The carving location is specific to each vehicle application, so make sure to select your vehicle correctly at checkout.
