The BNR ST71 turbocharger upgrade is designed for EcoBoost platforms equipped with auxiliary fuel systems. Capable of supporting up to 500 WHP, this turbo delivers around 100 more peak horsepower compared to the ST67 when fully maxed out. While it spools slightly slower (by about 300 RPM), it makes up for it in top-end power.

If you’re planning to run an aux fuel setup and/or a built engine with forged internals, the ST71 is the ideal choice for serious power gains.

• BNR G30-660 Center Housing Rotating Assembly (VSR balanced)

• BNR T04B compressor housing (2-bolt inlet, .60 A/R)

• BNR 10cm (.72 A/R) exhaust housing

• 30mm internal wastegate with heavy-duty swing valve

• Adjustable internal wastegate with stainless mounting bracket
  (15 PSI spring recommended for 91 octane fuel)

• BNR cast iron turbine inlet adapter

• BNR cast iron turbine outlet adapter

• Multi-layer inlet/outlet gaskets (for BNR housing)

• 2-bolt aluminum compressor inlet adapter with O-ring

• (7) M10 x 1.5 stainless studs

• (7) M10 x 1.5 stainless nuts

• (7) M10 2mm stainless washers

• (1) M10 x 1.5 Allen head bolt (turbine outlet adapter)

• (2) M8 x 1.25 stainless 37mm studs (compressor inlet adapter)

• (2) M8 x 1.25 stainless flanged nuts

• (1) 60mm ID / 2mm O-ring

• (1) Aluminum oil inlet adapter

• (1) M12 x 1.5 stainless banjo bolt (oil inlet to adapter)

• (6) M12 copper washers (oil inlet)

• (6) M14 copper washers (water inlet/outlet)

• Upgraded stainless oil outlet tube with O-rings (included on units purchased after 2/15/2024)
