The AWE SwitchPath™ system was designed to deliver one of the best sounding exhaust notes available for the Bronco Raptor platform. Utilizing a precision-engineered X-pipe configuration, the system helps smooth out the EcoBoost engine’s tone while eliminating unwanted rasp. The result is a deeper, cleaner, and more refined exhaust note both on and off throttle.

At the center of the system is AWE’s proprietary SwitchPath™ muffler paired with an OEM-supplied valve assembly that operates exactly like factory. Drivers can retain full control through the Bronco Raptor’s onboard exhaust settings, allowing the valve to remain closed for quieter highway cruising and cold starts, or open under throttle for a significantly more aggressive tone.

Built with off-road durability in mind, the SwitchPath™ Exhaust features dual BashGuard™ outlets positioned higher than factory routing for improved departure angles and trail clearance. Each outlet is reinforced with a thick stainless-steel ring designed to withstand harsh off-road conditions and impacts.

Constructed entirely from U.S.-sourced .065” wall T304L stainless steel and CNC mandrel-bent tubing, the system offers exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability while maintaining a clean, straight-through flow path for maximum performance.
