The JEM-Sport 2.3L Complete Swap Wiring Harness is a full plug-and-play wiring solution designed to run any 1st Gen 2.3L EcoBoost in any chassis — cleanly, reliably, and without the guesswork. Compatible with the 2015–2023 Mustang EcoBoost, Explorer, Focus RS, MKC, and the Ford Performance 2.3L crate engine.
This kit includes the chassis-side wiring harness and fuse box, as well as the engine-side wiring harness — everything you need to run your EcoBoost engine. Every wire, pin, and connector is brand new, no exceptions.
The EcoBoost ECU has two main connectors — one primarily for the engine harness, and one for power distribution and chassis connections. This harness covers both, terminated to the OEM Ford 4-cylinder EcoBoost ECU/PCM. It is designed around the 2015–2017 Mustang ECU connectors.
Designed with cabin ECU mounting in mind, the harness routes your ECU inside the car rather than the engine bay, keeping it protected and accessible.
ECU Options: You can add a JEM-Sport pre-programmed, PATS-deleted ECU at checkout — ready to run right out of the box. These are brand new Ford units, though in high-demand cases a refurbished and tested ECU may be substituted. It does save money to purchase the ECU and harness together, but the pre-programmed 2.3L ECU is also available separately from JEM-Sport. Alternatively, you can send in your own 2.3L ECU for the same programming via JEM-Sport’s PATS delete service.
