EMS – EcoBoost Maintenance Solution | 2015-2023 ECOBOOST MUSTANG 2.3L

From $289.00

The EMS EcoBoost Maintenance Solution is a no-nonsense refresh for the parts that matter most to reliability and drive-by feel. We hooked you up with the essentials that keep your 2.3L running clean and happy:

• Brisk spark plugs for consistent fire and smooth throttle response
• OEM purge valve to keep your EVAP system in check and avoid sneaky CELs (a fresh purge valve cures a ton of weird codes)
• Motorcraft low pressure fuel sensor so the engine sees correct fuel data
• Front O2 sensor for the Mustang EcoBoost & other 2.3L rides to help your tune breathe right

Do you need a fresh set of Spark Plugs?
Fresh spark plugs keep fire on lock so your EcoBoost ignites clean every time. That means smoother throttle response, better idle and less misfiring under boost.
Do you need a new OEM Purge Valve?
The purge valve handles EVAP duty and vents fuel vapors properly. Swapping in a fresh OEM unit helps stop random CELs and weird EVAP codes that EcoBoosts are known to throw when the old valve gets stuck.
Do you need a Low Pressure Fuel Sensor?
This sensor feeds the ECU real-deal fuel pressure data so the tune can be precise. A fresh one means tighter fuel trims and fewer headaches chasing random fuel-related faults.
Do you need to replace your (Front) O2 Sensor?
Your front O2 sensor is basically your boost-tune’s air/fuel stoichiometry lifeline. Good data here helps keep AFRs tight and stops drivability issues caused by carbon or old, worn out sensors.
Add a UPR Dual Valve Catch Can?
Optional Upgrades (EMS Must Have) These cans are a must in EcoBoost builds because the stock PCV vents oil mist back into the intake. Dual valve setup traps crankcase oil/contaminants before they turn into carbon sludge that kills intake runners and turbo efficiency.
Add a Radium Baffled Plate?
Optional Upgrades (EMS Must Have) This is an upgraded crankcase vent solution that keeps oil vapor and gunk from cycling back into your intake, even under high-speed and track use. It’s a small piece but does big work turning nasty blow-by into cleaner air for your motor.
