
Domestic Shipping Policy
We offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing.
Order Processing:
• Please allow up to 36 hours for order processing before your shipment is dispatched.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

• Standard shipping applies to all orders unless otherwise specified.• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier services.• Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
Engine Shipment Disclaimer
We offer commercial freight Shipping ($750 Each Way).
**Short block shipping is NOT included in the price. Shipping option are listed in drop-downs above (limited to the continental US.) Restrictions may apply based on residential area and shipper limitations. An EMS representative will reach out if these restrictions apply to your purchase.**
Engine Shipment Policy – Inspect Before Accepting
EMS is not responsible for any engine damage that occurs during shipping. Before accepting and signing your shipment, you must carefully inspect the pallet or crate for any visible damage. If there is any sign of damage that could have affected the engine, do not accept the shipment. Instead, refuse delivery and have it returned to EMS through the carrier. Finally, contact Susan at EMS to start the claims process. Always inspect your engine before signing the freight carriers Clear Delivery Recepit.
Important: The freight carrier is not automatically responsible for damages once the shipment is signed for. If you accept a damaged shipment, you take full responsibility for any damage, and neither EMS nor the carrier will be liable.
All engines ship out through South East Freight Lines (SEFL), then may change carriers once out of the South East, US. Freight tracking is not available, but you will be provided with shipping estimates from EMS just prior to the engine shipping. Also, it is not guaranteed, but the freight carriers should call prior to arrival to confirm delivery times. If there is any damage to the engine crate or its contents upon arrival at its destination please refuse the shipment, do not sign receipt of said shipment, take pictures of the shipment, then email EMS at sales@emsinc-tn.com. Failure to do so may result in the engine not being able to be covered by our EMS 1 Year Warranty.
If the shipping cost exceeds the allotted amount for your order, EMS will reach out with the details. Shipping differences can be paid through the button on the top of the EMS website labeled “Shipping/Contingency Charge. International shipping requests must be requested by sending an email to sales@emsinc-tn.com prior to placing your engine order.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions.
