The AWE Tuning 0FG Exhaust for the Ford Bronco was engineered for owners who demand both refined street performance and uncompromised off-road capability. Constructed from premium US-made 3” T304L stainless steel, the 0FG delivers a deep, aggressive tone through a straight-through catback design while maintaining the durability required for harsh trail environments.

Designed to fit all modern Bronco configurations including 2.3L EcoBoost, 2.7L EcoBoost, 2-door, and 4-door models, the 0FG features a highly modular layout that adapts to multiple configurations and driving styles. A bespoke AWE resonator in the midpipe helps deliver a clean, refined exhaust note without excessive drone, while mandrel-bent tubing promotes smooth exhaust flow and consistent performance.

One of the standout features of the 0FG system is the included BashGuard™ rear section. Engineered for serious off-road use, the BashGuard™ replaces the traditional rear axle-back section with a high-clearance reinforced stainless-steel outlet positioned safely above the rear tow hooks. Reinforced with a .125” thick stainless ring, the BashGuard™ configuration is built to handle aggressive terrain without sacrificing exhaust performance.

This system is also compatible with multiple rear exit styles, allowing Bronco owners to tailor the appearance and functionality of their setup:

• Single Side Exit with 5” double-walled straight-cut tip
• Dual Split Rear Exit with dual 4.5” double-walled slash-cut tips

The Dual Split Rear Exit configuration adds a more balanced and aggressive appearance to the Bronco’s rear profile while maintaining compatibility with many aftermarket rear bumpers. Tip finishes are available in chrome silver or diamond black depending on configuration.
